At Curly Crow, we want you to love your purchase! Since most of our items are made to order, certain return conditions apply. Please review our policy below.
Returns & Exchanges
✅ Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at support@curlycrow.com within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
- Print-on-demand products, including wall art, clothing, and blankets, cannot be returned.
- Apparel size exchanges are not accepted, as each item is custom-made to order.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
Return Process
1️⃣ Contact Us: To request a return, email support@curlycrow.com with your order details and photos of any damage (if applicable).
2️⃣ Approval & Shipping: If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
3️⃣ Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If so, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank.
