Curly Crow Refund Policy

Books, Bulk Orders, Coaching & Consulting

At Curly Crow Books, every product and service is created with care and intention. Because many items are printed to order and services are scheduled in advance, the following policies apply:

📚 Books & Physical Products

All books and merchandise are made to order. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a printing error or product defect.

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 14 days at support@curlycrow.com with your order number and a clear photo. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

🚚 Shipping & Production Times

Production and shipping times may vary, especially for bulk orders or books fulfilled through third-party distributors such as IngramSpark.

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Curly Crow Books is not responsible for delays caused by printing partners, shipping carriers, supply chain disruptions, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you have a time-sensitive event, we strongly recommend placing your order at least 4–6 weeks in advance and contacting us directly before ordering to confirm timelines.

📦 Bulk & Event Orders

Bulk orders are custom-prepared and are considered final sale once production begins.

We cannot guarantee delivery by a specific event date unless agreed upon in writing in advance. Delays caused by third-party printers or carriers do not qualify for refunds.

If you have an event deadline, please email us before placing your order so we can plan accordingly.

🎤 Consulting, Coaching & Author Visits

All consulting, coaching sessions, and author visits require advance scheduling.

  • Payments for consulting and coaching services are non-refundable once the session is scheduled.
  • Rescheduling requires at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

For school visits or speaking engagements, cancellation terms will be outlined in your signed agreement.
